Positive: The location is great, just across the street from a beautiful urban beach (Praia da Ponta Negra) The owners of this Bead and Breakfast/Boutique hotel (André and Adriana) are great people, very friendly and treat their guests very well.
Negative: The property has no parking (I do not know why the Booking.com filters did not filtered this property off during my search. Park in on the street in the back of the hotel, first come first served, and the neighborhood may not be very safe late at night. So, the guests should keep their fingers crossed to find a spot to park close to the entrance of this property.
